Not charging, no power.		- If you have a tristar tester or lightning breakout board you should test that before attempting the following. - Test with a known good battery. - Replace charge port. - If the above didn’t help you likely have a dead tristar.	Source
Extremely fast battery drain.		Usually caused by PMIC U8500. Can confirm with a thermal camera or something like freeze spray.	Source
Not charging, makes a ticking noise.		- If you just replaced the battery double check the terminal pins weren’t bent or otherwise damaged. - If capacitor C3800 is shorted try replacing that before replacing CD3217. - Check for shorts around PMIC CD3217.
