No power.	- No signs of life. - 5V line is present on the motherboard.	Checks for shorts around the Southbridge IC, usually caused by the shorted component itself not the IC.	Source
Console is making a beeping noise.		- Hold the bind button + eject button and then press the Xbox button. If it doesn’t work immediately try a few more times before moving on to the next solution. - Check for corrosion on the board. - Verify that the heatsink is making solid contact with the APU. - Can also be caused by a bad HDD.
