No power but LEDs turn on.		- Try resetting the BIOS by removing the laptop battery and CMOS battery then performing a power flush. - Can be caused by faulty memory, try with a known good RAM stick. - If the above solutions didn’t work, you may need to reprogram your BIOS IC.
