Bad video.		- Most commonly caused by dead capacitors. Due to the age of the console it’s recommended to just replace all the capacitors in one go. - Check EMI filters. If bad, the original is no longer made, EMI101T-RC is the closest but it is larger so you’ll need to scrape away some of the solder mask to properly solder the joints. - If the above didn’t work, the VDP2 IC has gone bad and will need replaced.
